Written Report & Report Reading Appt

Service Description

The written report is a thorough professional document (approximately 20 pages) and includes all the results of the full diagnostic assessment and audiometric assessment. This can be shown to school, clinicians etc according to how it best supports the patient. The Report Reading appointment (optional and free of charge with the written report) is recommended to go through the written report with parents/carers to explain the results of the assessment and give opportunity for the parents/carers to ask questions and discuss. The report reading appointment can be attended online or in person. (Anonymous example reports are available to be seen in person prior to booking)
